VisCap is an advisory focused on media, consumer products/services, and technology, with commercial value derived, in part, by leveraging benefits to society/environment. VisCap has recently expanded by launching principal company Visionary – an "eHarmony for business." Visionary pools relationships across its network and provides entrepreneurs access to private and institutional investors, entrepreneurs, C-level executives, celebrity, and beyond.

 

For the current Advisory Partner opening, Visionary is seeking a leading financing professional ~ private equity fund manager ~ experienced entrepreneur to join onto specific internal and client mandates. The Advisory Partner position is full-time, compensated through fee sharing and equity, on a mandate specific invitation basis.

 

As defined in each mandate invitation, the Advisory Partner may be asked to assist with any or all of: developing internal/client business plan strategy and investor materials, generating a target list of prospective investors from the Advisory Partner's personal network and the Visionary network, reaching out to prospective investors to arrange meetings, and facilitating the conversation through to closed capital. The role also entails non-capital focused business development mandates.

 

The Advisory Partner will work as part of the founding team, including veteran entrepreneurs and finance professionals, in part to further refine the Visionary business plan.

Qualifications

 

Significant experience in private equity investment banking and/or fund management required. Applicants should have demonstrated success in a senior leadership role. Entrepreneurial experience is a plus.

For the current CMO opening, Visionary is seeking a leading marketing professionals with deep experience and a track record of success in 'high-touch' relationship building, possibly with a background in financial services marketing, and lifestyle brand building.

 

The CMO will work as part of the founding team, including veteran marketing~branding entrepreneurs, to further refine and integrate the technology plan with the business plan.

For the current CTO opening, Visionary is seeking a leading IT professional with deep experience and track record of success, possibly with a particular focus on Client Relationship Management (CRM) web application engineering.

 

The CTO will work as part of the founding team, including veteran technology entrepreneurs, to further refine and integrate the technology plan with the business plan.

Visionary is currently seeking to hire a Director of Sales, and team of Sales Associates to drive Visionary's media & marketing division, focused on partnerships with professional conferences and brand corporations.

 

The commission based positions offer the opportunity to earn six figures, plus equity in a timely start-up. Positions are full-time, ideally based out of Visionary's NYC local office, however Bay Area and LA local candidates are also acceptable.
